Hi, I’m Sarah bulluck.

Hello and welcome! My name is Sarah Bulluck, and I’m thrilled to share my journey and passion for wellness with you. My love for helping others reach their fitness goals began in 2000 when I started teaching aerobics during my college years. Over the years, I’ve taught a variety of group fitness classes including aerobics, boot camp, pilates, and yoga, constantly expanding my knowledge and skills in the fitness world.

I earned a double major in Business Marketing and Management, with a minor in Fine Arts from Appalachian State University. It was around this time that I met my wonderful husband, Will. Although I initially pursued a career in sales, my heart always remained with fitness. I obtained my Personal Training Certification and became certified by YogaFit, training clients before work and teaching classes afterward.

The birth of my daughter, Liza, in 2010 marked a significant turning point. I decided to leave my full-time job to dedicate myself entirely to the wellness industry. My quest for knowledge led me to pursue various fitness certifications, and in 2012, after welcoming my son, William, I achieved my 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certification. My dedication to yoga continued to grow, culminating in a 500-hour Yoga Teaching Certification in 2017. My education progressed as I studied under Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher Elise Browning Miller, earning my Scoliosis Teacher Certification in 2018. Additionally, I completed a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training in the same year. These specialized trainings inspired me to explore the needs of various populations more deeply. Most recently, I completed an 815-hour Yoga Therapy program accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists in 2023.

Throughout our numerous relocations due to my husband’s career, yoga remained my anchor. It provided me with a sense of stability and grounding amidst the changes. Over the past 24 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding thousands of students through their wellness journeys, learning from some of the best instructors across the country.

My teaching experiences span various locations, including North Carolina, Maryland, and California, in settings such as gyms, yoga studios, physical therapy offices, and corporate environments. The COVID-19 pandemic brought new challenges and opportunities, leading me to teach virtual classes and become a Corporate Wellness Coach, offering ergonomics, personal training, yoga therapy, and fitness classes both virtually and in-person.

In early 2023, my family and I spent over a year on Coronado Island in San Diego, CA, where I taught at a local studio and expanded my virtual client base. Recently, we made the decision to settle in Wilmington, NC, a place that has always felt like home to us.

When I’m not working, I cherish time spent with my family and friends. I also enjoy traveling, art, and tennis.

Thank you for visiting my page. I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey!
