With the holistic approach, we will also incorporate elements like mindfulness, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching. We provide ongoing support such as regular check-ins, progress tracking, and adjustments to ensure consistent improvement. With this whole-person focus, we aim to align physical fitness with mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall vitality. Wellness Together

  • Discovery Call

    Your wellness journey starts with a phone call with me. We will discuss your current status and future goals regarding your health. Once we become more familiar with each other, we will arrange an in-person or virtual meeting.

  • Initial Assessment

    After our discovery call, we will have a 60-minute assessment. This consultation is designed to evaluate your current fitness level, health history, and personal goals. Assessments may include strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, posture and body composition. This session helps me to develop a customized workout plan tailored to your specific needs and aspirations. This is also an opportunity to address any concerns or questions about training expectations and progress.

  • Holistic Personal Training

    Your program includes a 4-week plan designed to align your fitness level, goals and body’s need, whether its strength training, flexibility, or endurance. We will offer guidance on nutrition, sleep, and recovery to support holistic health outside the session. These sessions empower clients to not only achieve their fitness goals but also enhance their overall quality of life through a well rounded, mindful approach.

Private sessions are fully customized to your needs and may include yoga, strength training, or more depending on your goals. We will begin with an depth consultation and schedule 6 sessions once a plan is in place.

how long are the sessions and how often should i schedule them?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, but durations are tailored specific to your goals and fitness levels. Frequency will be discussed during the consultation, but typically are once to twice a week.
