Ergonomics Appointment
Offering your workforce ergonomics assessments helps create a safe, comfortable, and productive workspace. During these one on one consultations, I will evaluate factors such as posture, desk, and chair positioning, monitor height, keyboard and mouse placement, and overall workstation ergonomics. I will offer guidance on maintaining proper alignment while sitting and standing and offer tips to reduce repetitive strain injuries, back pain or other work-related discomforts. The goal is to create a customized workspace that supports long-term well-being and efficiency. Virtual or On-Site Appointments available.
